Following their involvement in the Music Minds charity album in 2018, Mik & Rich Hanscomb of Junkboy are to release a new album called Trains, Trees, Topophilia in August on Fretsore Records.

Their first release will be the new single Waiting Room available digitally on all the usual platforms from Friday 5th July, an accompanying video will be released on the same day.

Ian Sephton, owner of Fretsore Records, said “It was such a pleasure to work with Mik & Rich during the Music Minds campaign last year, so when they said they had 12 new tracks ready for release, I hoped to persuade them to continue working together and they kindly agreed”.

Junkboy said of their new release, “It’s been a pleasure to work with Fretsore Records and bring our new album to fruition. They have shared our enthusiasm and love for the music and we genuinely feel our listeners soon will too.“

The album Trains, Trees, Topophlia will be released digitally, on CD, and on 10 x individually numbered Deluxe lathe cut 12″ vinyl records; this special package will include signed artwork and a USB flash drive with songs, videos, artwork and photos.
